The bite of this delicious avocado cream cheese is very tasty and an outstanding appetizer. The taste in every bite is amazing and is the perfect amount of paralysis and crispness.

Cream Cheese Avocado Bacon Bites Recipe
For Coatings
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2+ cups of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 1-2 cups of Panko breadcrumbs
To Fill Avocado Cheese Cream
  • 1/2 cup of green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar, grated
  • 1/2 cup coriander, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of lime juice
  •  (2) 8 ounces of pkg cream cheese
  • 3 large avocados, diced small
  • 1 pound of bacon, crispy and crumbled
  • 1 cup of Pepper Jack, grated
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapenos (I use cubed jalapenos from a jar)
  • 1/4 cup shallots, diced
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic salt

For Coatings
  1. Add flour to the bowl.
  2. Mix buttermilk and eggs together in another bowl.
  3. Place breadcrumbs in the third bowl.
  4. Shape about one tablespoon of the mixture into a ball.
  5. Roll each ball in flour, then into the buttermilk mixture, finally into breadcrumbs and place it on a baking sheet that will go into the freezer.
  6. Flash is frozen for about an hour so they hold their shape when frying.
To Fill Avocado Cheese Cream
  1. Fry the bacon until it is crispy, then place the fried bacon on a plate lined with tissue. After it is cool enough to handle, crumble and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese for 2-3 minutes at medium speed until smooth.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, except avocado, stir.
  4. Stir the diced avocado slowly into the mixture, then chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
Frying Bacon Avocado Bites
  1. Using a large cast iron pan or heavy bottom pan, heat the oil over medium heat to 350 °.
  2. Place about 6-8 balls in the pan and fry until golden brown, turning often, about 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from oil and place on a plate lined with tissue.
  4. Serve warm with your favorite sauce.
