Terry Orange, Chocolate, and Delicious Orange Chocolate Brownies with a hint of Orange flavor, decorated with Terry Orange Brown Pieces.
The delicious texture and humidity of Brownie is heaven for bites, and with the addition of Chocolate Orange, this is a total perfection in my opinion. I made it the same way as most of my other Brownie recipes. I melt Chocolate & Butter and let it cool. Beat Sugar and Eggs like mousse, fold through chocolate mixture, fold through cocoa powder and orange peel, and then add large quantities of Terry pieces. Seriously, delicious.

Easy Terry's Chocolate Orange Brownies
Ingredient
  • Zest of 1 Orange (or 1tsp orange extract)
  • 200 g of plain butter
  • 35 g Cocoa Powder
  • 300 g Terry's Chocolate Orange (chopped)
  • 150 g Dark Chocolate
  • 150 g Terry's Chocolate Orange
  • 3 Large Eggs (or 4 medium)
  • 275 g Caster Sugar
  • 90 g Plain Flour

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180C / 160C Fan and 9 Square baking tray lines with parchment paper.
  2. Melt with Butter, Dark Chocolate and Terry's Chocolate Orange in a heat-resistant bowl on a pan filled with boiling water, in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until it melts. Leave it aside to cool at room temperature!
  3. Using an electric beater / mixer stand, beat with Egg & Sugar Caster for a few minutes until the color turns pale, very much like a mousse, and double the original volume of the number of eggs + sugar!
  4. You will know it is done because when you lift the beater from the mixture it must leave a trail for a few seconds before disappearing!
  5. When shaken, pour the cold chocolate mixture into the egg and fold it together. It may take time, but be patient - you don't want to knock out the air you created in the previous step!
  6. After thoroughly combined, sift cocoa powder and plain flour on top of the chocolate mixture, add orange peel, then fold again - still being careful not to drop air!
  7. After combining well, fold it through Chocolate Orange Chunks and pour it into the can-bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes! After baking, let it cool in the can completely.
