  • 1/3 cup of feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of green onion
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 can of chickpeas rinsed and dried
  • 2 avocados are pitted, and chopped
  • 1/3 cup of chopped coriander leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime

In a medium bowl, mix the beans, avocados, coriander, green onions, feta cheese, and lime juice. Stir until evenly mixed. Season with salt and pepper. Presents.
