- 1/3 cup of feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons of green onion
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 can of chickpeas rinsed and dried
- 2 avocados are pitted, and chopped
- 1/3 cup of chopped coriander leaves
- Juice of 1 lime
In a medium bowl, mix the beans, avocados, coriander, green onions, feta cheese, and lime juice. Stir until evenly mixed. Season with salt and pepper. Presents.
